Hi, I’m Natalie Romito.

The nutrition, health, and wellness space can be hard to navigate. There is conflicting information and I have found it difficult to understand what changes I should actually make. That is why I made the decision to become a Registered Dietitian - so that I could understand how the body works, and how food affects the body. I truly believe that food can be a key factor in helping your body heal itself from disease.

As I worked with clients I realized that the information was only part of the solution. Many people know what changes would benefit them, but they don’t know how to actually stay consistent with those changes. That is when I decided to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I wanted to learn how to help people make meaningful, sustainable, lasting changes to their lifestyle to support their health and wellness.

I created Path Nutrition and Wellness because it allows me to have the freedom to work with clients based on their needs. If that means you need an extra 15-30 minutes of conversation, or to meet every week, then that’s what we will do. I hope to get a chance to work with you!

Professional Experience

  • Firelands Regional Medical Center

During the almost 5 years I worked at Firelands, I developed my counseling skills specifically in weight management with a focus on helping people to change behaviors. This is also when I decided to get trained in health coaching and began working in employee wellness. I was commonly chosen for speaking events on nutrition topics and developed a love for presenting nutrition information to groups.

  • Cleveland Cavaliers

I worked for 3 years expanding the employee health and wellness program for the full time staff members of the Cleveland Cavaliers. This helped me to further expand my health and wellness knowledge outside of nutrition. I continued to do speaking events, and I started seeing some health coaching clients. I did miss doing one on one counseling full time and decided to go back to nutrition counseling.

  • The Cleveland Clinic

I currently work part time at the Cleveland Clinic doing outpatient nutrition counseling for their executive program. I focus on helping CEOs, executive level employees, business owners, and some retired athletes meet their nutrition goals. This can include muscle building, weight loss or gain, optimizing diet for longevity, or reducing risk of chronic diseases like heart disease or diabetes.
